He is a member of the International Tax Planning Association, Asia Offshore Association (President), Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce, Hong Kong Securities Institute, American Bar Association, International Bar Association, Inter-Pacific Bar Association, American Academy of Financial Management, Sovereign Society (Council of Experts) and the Center for International Legal Studies. Jack has been an independent member of the board of directors of a Nasdaq quoted public companies, Hong Kong listed companies and is an advisor to several other quoted/listed public companies in the USA and Hong Kong. Jack has Bachelor of Arts, Masters of Business Administration and Doctor of Jurisprudence degrees and is an attorney and counselor at law of the State Bar of California and the Northern District of California of the United States District Court.

Hanna Cheung

Hanna has over 14 years of experience in fiduciary services in Hong Kong. Starting as an assistant to a director, Hanna has worked in all aspects of company formation, trust settlement, company secretarial, providing nominee services, bank and brokerage account setup and administration of structures. Her practical experience in all facets of fiduciary services provides GCSL with a strong, reliable and trustworthy person serving clients overall business needs in an efficient and friendly manner. Cathy Odgers

Cathy has seven years experience in the fiduciary service, tax and legal environment. She commenced her career tax consulting to high net worth individuals and corporates from a Big 4 professional services firm in New Zealand before moving on to postings in the United Kingdom, British Virgin Islands and then Hong Kong. Cathy holds Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws Degrees and is an admitted Barrister and Solicitor in New Zealand. She is a full member of STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners), the Asia Offshore Association and the Inter-Pacific Bar Association.

Fanny has more than 12 years of experience in providing accounting services in a wide range of industries. She is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants of the United Kingdom (CIMA, UK) and a Certified General Accountant of Canada (CGA, Canada). She has a Masters of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Finance. Fanny is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Susan Kwan

Susan has more than 20 years of experience in fiduciary services in Hong Kong and North America, almost exclusively as a company secretary. Her vast knowledge of corporate governance, legislation and regulatory requirements in virtually all offshore and onshore centers provides GCSL with a veteran professional serving clients corporate, trust, nominee, banking and administration needs. Susan is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin and has a Bachelor of Arts degree, Major in Economics.

Starting as an assistant administrator, Jacqui has worked in all aspects of company formation, trust settlement, company secretarial, providing nominee services, bank and brokerage account setup and administration of structures. Her expertise is in her ability to formulate systems and procedures to facilitate an efficient flow of business operations for clients. Stephen Tsih

Stephen has over 30 years of business and academic experience in Hong Kong, Nigeria, Taiwan, China and the USA. He was an Assistant Dean of the graduate school of business at an USA university and also taught international marketing and management at several other universities. Prior to joining GCSL, he was retained as the lead consultant by Lan Hai Group in Sanya, Hainan Province to start a new hotel management college and brought Ecole Hoteliere de Lausanne as a cooperating partner. Stephen has Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Masters of Business Administration in Financial Services. He is fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin, Shanghainese, Cantonese.

Carlyle K. Rogers

Carlyle has 8 years experience in financial services having served as Deputy Director of the Anguilla Financial Services Commission and its predecessor body, the Financial Services Department of the Government of Anguilla, where he was responsible for regulating corporate and trust service providers, licensing fund managers and administrators, approving fund applications and enforcing Anguilla's anti-money laundering regime amongst other duties. He is Managing Director of Global Consultants and Services (Anguilla) Limited, Global Trustees (Anguilla) Limited and Global Insurance Managers (Anguilla) Limited. He holds Associates of Arts (Business Management), Bachelors (Finance), Masters of Business Administration (Finance), LLB (Hons) and LLM (Commercial and Corporate Law) degrees from universities in the United States Virgin Islands and the United Kingdom. Carlo is a qualified attorney, in both Belize and his homeland of Jamaica, having previously worked with the governments of both countries for more than seven years. He is Managing Director of Global Consultants and Services (Belize) Limited, a company registered under the laws of Belize, with a license to operate as a Registered International Business Companies Agent, and Global Trustees Services Limited, a company registered under the laws of Belize, with a license to provide Trust and Trustee Services. Carlo is no stranger to company formation and trustee services having worked successfully with Jack prior to the commencement of GCSL. He is a responsible member of the Belize business community and a strong family man involved in a variety of social welfare and church activities. Carlo is fluent in English and Spanish. Carlo is a member of the Belize Offshore Practitioners Association and the Asia Offshore Association.

A native Cook Islander, Puai is our Managing Director of GCSL Cook Islands, which is a registered Trustee Company providing company formation, company secretarial and trustee services from the Cook Islands. Puai is a qualified solicitor in both the Cook Islands and New Zealand and is the Vice-President of the Cook Islands Law Society. Puai has a law degree from the University of Auckland, New Zealand. He is a member of the Asia Offshore Association.

Laura M. Fepuleai

Laura has past experience working in a law firm, as well as spent 10 years working for Linguaset Communications in Australia where she managed the translation of official government documents, organized interpreters for various assignments and developed a skill for working with foreign languages. Laura is fluent in French, Samoan and English , and has BA and MA degrees.

Johnson has approximately 7 years of experience in fiduciary services both in Belize and Hong Kong. He is a member of the International Tax Planning Association, Asia Offshore Association and Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce. Johnson's offshore experience in Belize combined with his strong Greater China business network provides GCSL clients with cost-effective business solutions. He is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese, has a degree in Accounting and is completing Diplomas as a Certified Chartered Accountant and Chartered Secretary.

Ooi has more than 27 years business experience in Asia having worked for multinational companies such as BHP Steel, Akzo Nobel, Veolia Water, and Metsaliitto Finnforest in senior management roles with direct bottom line responsibilities in Malaysia, Taiwan, Singapore, Brunei, Hong Kong and China. He also was senior advisor/consultant to US Filter, Woelco AG, Armstrong Industrial Corp, The Executive Learning Center, Evapco and Pac Environmental Engineering Inc in China and consults on areas ranging from market entry strategies, startups, market penetration and corporate reorganization. Ooi is also an active member of several international and local Chambers of Commerce including the European Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai. He studied Marketing at Monash University, Mt Eliza Business School, Australia and Finance at the University of Michigan. Ooi is fluent in written and spoken English, Chinese and Malay.

Lawrence is a qualified lawyer in Singapore, member of the Singapore Academy of Law and the Singapore Law Society and Managing Director of GCSL Pte. Ltd. Prior to joining GCSL Singapore, he was a corporate lawyer engaged in international transactions, mergers and acquisitions, trust and tax matters, technology ventures and many other areas of corporate practice, representing listed and private companies to conduct business both in Singapore and worldwide. Lawrence sits on the board of directors of several publicly listed companies and advises extensively on corporate governance. He also chairs several local charities and is a member of the Asia Offshore Association and International Tax Planning Association. Lawrence has a LLB (Hons) and is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.

Vance joins The GCSL Group of Companies Limited after a distinguished government career where he was the Premier and Minister of Finance of Nevis for 14 years and was one of the chief architects of Nevis as an International Financial Centre. Prior to his government service, Vance worked as a commercial banker in Nevis. He is a member of the Asia Offshore Association. Vance holds a Bachelor of Arts (Economics. and Statistics) University of the West Indies and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of the Virgin Islands. Vance formed Global Consultants and Services (Nevis) Ltd. in 2007, which is an independent company of The GCSL Group of Companies Limited.  GCSL Nevis is licensed as a registered agent by the Nevis Financial Services Department and has an agreement with The GCSL Group of Companies, which will market and promote the services of Global Consultants and Services (Nevis) Ltd.
